Var*nasi

It's Thursday now and we are in Var! We arrived yesterday by train which took 15 hours!!! It was an interesting experience where we made friends with an Indian family who shared some of their dinner to us. Simeon, Kate, Von and Ev were brave enough to eat the food... we are all guessing that Simeon will be the first one to get sick .. since he eats everything put forward to him. As the train pulled up to Var station, we meet B on the train which was a surprise and a delight already helping us by carrying our bags and calmingly helping us off the train to our Guest Houses. Meeting with B & L & T put smile on our faces .. especially with L's home cooked Indian food. Yesterday we were also treated by a friend of B's at a resturaunt called the Hayat .. where we were treated as special guests with an amazing buffet of Indian food and desert. Today we had some cultural and language learning.
